For the first time OOJEE will attend the International Exhibition of Food, Hotel and Food (HRIS) that will be held in Lyon on 24 to 28 January 2009.
With our partner, chef Jacques Dupont Autremer of society, we will present and have tastings of our new wild shellfish Iceland, Cyprines, as well as our key product, cod size XXL.
