OOJEE is owned by Karl Johannesson and his family. Karl grew up in the fishing-oriented country of Iceland, where he worked as a fisherman and in various seafood production plants in Grindavik. After that, he acquired over 10 years working experience in the sales, marketing and management of seafood, creating strong ties in the main fishing areas of the world with markets such as France, Germany, Spain, UK, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Poland. He worked for Iceland Seafood in Germany and France, for SIF in France and most recently for a belgian fish-auction networking company.
